.py is the country-code top-level domain for Paraguay. It is managed by NIC-PY, with administrative support from LED-UCA and technical operation by the Centro Nacional de Computación at the Universidad Nacional de Asunción. Registration is open to any individual or organization. There are no special restrictions for registering a .py domain. The domain was registered in September 1991, making it one of the earlier ccTLDs to be established.
