Mapping between X.400 / ISO 10021 and RFC 822
RFC 1327, “Mapping between X.400 / ISO 10021 and RFC 822”, is a Proposed Standard document published in May 1992 by S. Hardcastle-Kille. It updates RFC 822. It obsoletes RFC 987, RFC 1026, RFC 1138, RFC 1148. It has since been updated by RFC 1495. It has been obsoleted by RFC 2156 — refer to the newer document for the authoritative version. Abstract
This document specifies a mapping between two protocols. This specification should be used when this mapping is performed on the DARPA Internet or in the UK Academic Community. This specification may be modified in the light of implementation experience, but no substantial changes are expected. [STANDARDS-TRACK]
