About Glitch
Glitch is a free, collaborative platform for building and hosting web applications in the browser. Originally created by Fog Creek Software (the company behind Trello and Stack Overflow), Glitch provides an instant coding environment where anyone can create, remix, and host full-stack web apps.
The free plan includes a browser-based IDE, Node.js and static hosting, 200 MB of disk storage, 512 MB RAM per project, custom domains, and automatic HTTPS. Projects can be "remixed" (forked) by anyone, encouraging learning and collaboration.
Glitch is widely used in education, coding bootcamps, and rapid prototyping. Its community features make it easy to discover and learn from thousands of open-source projects. Glitch Pro removes sleep limits and adds more storage.
