.citi is a branded generic top-level domain owned and operated by Citigroup Inc., the global financial services company based in New York. It was delegated in July 2016 as part of ICANN's new gTLD program, allowing Citigroup to create a secure, controlled namespace for its own digital services. The domain is restricted to Citigroup and its affiliates. No public registrations are permitted. The registry is managed by GoDaddy Registry, with technical and administrative support from Com Laude.
