The .pics domain is a generic top level domain for sharing photographs and other images. It is operated by XYZ.COM LLC, a Las Vegas based domain registry company. The TLD is open to anyone, with no special eligibility requirements for registration. XYZ.COM LLC also runs .xyz and several other nTLDs. The registry services are provided by CentralNic in London. .pics was delegated in early 2014, initially managed by Uniregistry. It was later acquired by XYZ.COM LLC along with a portfolio of other domains.
