WikiSuite

Bundles and integrates open source tools into a single management interface for small to medium organizations.

About WikiSuite

WikiSuite is a pre-integrated software bundle that combines several open source applications into one unified platform. It packages tools like XWiki, Nextcloud, Elasticsearch, and a custom control panel called ClearOS on top of a CentOS base. The idea is to reduce the friction of setting up separate services for intranet, file sharing, and communication.

The control panel aspect comes from ClearOS, which provides a web-based interface for managing users, domains, and services. WikiSuite also includes VoIP tools (FreePBX), email (RainLoop, Postfix), and document management. It supports LDAP integration for centralized authentication. The whole stack is designed for x86 servers with at least 4 GB of RAM.

It is primarily aimed at small businesses or community groups that want a self-hosted alternative to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. The project is open source (GPL and other licenses) and free to use. It is maintained by a community around XWiki SAS. A notable adoption fact is that it is used by various NGOs and cooperatives for their internal operations.
