Virtualizor

Virtualizor is a web-based VPS control panel that supports multiple virtualization technologies including KVM, Xen, OpenVZ, and LXC. Built by Softaculous Ltd (the same company behind the Softaculous auto-installer), it provides hosting providers with a complete platform for selling and managing virtual private servers.

The admin panel gives providers full control over server nodes, IP pools, storage, OS templates, and plan creation. The end-user panel allows customers to manage their VPS instances with features like start, stop, reboot, reinstall OS, VNC console access, firewall management, and resource monitoring.

Virtualizor supports automated provisioning through WHMCS, Blesta, and HostBill. When a customer purchases a VPS plan, the entire process from payment to a running server happens automatically. It also supports IPv6, VLAN management, and high availability clustering for providers running larger infrastructures.

One of Virtualizor's strengths is its flexibility with hypervisors. Providers can run KVM on some nodes, OpenVZ on others, and manage everything from a single Virtualizor master panel. This makes it a popular choice for hosts offering multiple VPS tiers at different price points.

The built-in backup system supports local and remote backup destinations, and customers can manage their own backup schedules. API access enables custom integrations and automation beyond what the standard modules provide.
