About Kottster
Kottster connects directly to your database and reads tables, columns, and relationships to produce a working admin panel with forms, lists, and filters. You don't write routes or boilerplate. It just works with the schema you already have.
Built on Node.js, it supports PostgreSQL and MySQL out of the box. You can customize which tables are exposed, set field visibility, and add simple access control per table. The panel renders with Vue.js on the front end, and authentication is included. Integrates with any existing database without requiring migrations or ORM changes.
Kottster is useful for teams who need a quick internal tool, a CMS backend, or a data management interface for their SQL database. It's open source under MIT, so you can self-host it on any Linux server or Node-capable environment. The project is maintained by the team behind Kottster.
