About Easy!Appointments
Easy!Appointments is a PHP and MySQL based booking system you run on your own server. It lets customers pick a provider, service, and time slot from a web calendar. The admin panel then handles appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and cancellations without any back and forth email.
The system sends automated email or SMS reminders to reduce no-shows. For billing, it integrates with PayPal and Stripe so customers can pay online at booking time. All appointments sync with Google Calendar. The code runs on any Apache or Nginx server with PHP 7.4+ and MySQL or MariaDB. It is fully open source under GPLv3 and was created by Alex Tselegidis.
