About BackupPC
BackupPC is an open source backup solution that pulls data from desktops, laptops, and servers to a central server. It uses clever pooling to deduplicate files across backups, which means multiple full backups of the same machine take up almost no extra disk space. It supports a wide range of transports including rsync, SMB, tar, and even FTP. The web interface makes it easy to browse and restore files without touching the command line.
