RFC 354, “File Transfer Protocol”, is an Unknown document published in July 1972 by A.K. Bhushan. It obsoletes RFC 264, RFC 265. It has since been updated by RFC 385, RFC 454, RFC 683. It has been obsoleted by RFC 542 — refer to the newer document for the authoritative version. The canonical text is published by the RFC Editor.
