Abstract
This document defines four new Job Description attributes for monitoring job progress to be registered as OPTIONAL extensions to IPP/1.0 [RFC2566] and IPP/1.1 [RFC2911].

An entry-level standards-track specification: stable, peer-reviewed and a solid basis for implementation, though it may still evolve before becoming an Internet Standard.
