Overview
RFC 2850, “Charter of the Internet Architecture Board”, is a Best Current Practice document published in May 2000 by Internet Architecture Board, B. Carpenter. It obsoletes RFC 1601. It has since been updated by RFC 9283. The canonical text is published by the RFC Editor.
Abstract
This memo documents the composition, selection, roles, and organization of the Internet Architecture Board. It replaces RFC 1601. This document specifies an Internet Best Current Practices for the Internet Community, and requests discussion and suggestions for improvements.
