RFC 123, “Proffered Official ICP”, is an Unknown document published in April 1971 by S.D. Crocker. It updates RFC 98, RFC 101. It obsoletes RFC 66, RFC 80. It has since been updated by RFC 127, RFC 143, RFC 148. It has been obsoleted by RFC 165 — refer to the newer document for the authoritative version. The canonical text is published by the RFC Editor.
