Their web hosting plans emphasize unlimited hosting with a 99.9% uptime guarantee. Zamnet operates six full Points of Presence across Zambia including Lusaka, Kitwe, Livingstone, Ndola, Kafue, and Solwezi. Support is available Monday to Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-1pm, with on-call weekends. They are the custodian of the .zm domain and have been delivering internet solutions for over 25 years.
