Good value but support needs serious work

I manage about 30 client sites and moved a batch of smaller ones to Hostinger's Business plan to save costs. The pricing is genuinely unbeatable — where else do you get hosting for under $3/mo with a free domain?

hPanel is decent enough for basic tasks, and the LiteSpeed server setup does make sites snappy out of the box.

But the support has been a consistent problem. Wait times of 15-30 minutes for live chat, and first-line agents often give scripted responses that don't address the actual issue. I've had two incidents where sites went down for 30+ minutes with no clear explanation.

For personal blogs and low-traffic sites, it's fine. I wouldn't put anything business-critical here.
