Cameroon Anglophone regions shutdown

Cameroonian authorities cut internet to the Anglophone Northwest and Southwest regions during civil unrest. The shutdown affected approximately 6 million people. Two extended outage periods (Jan 2017-Apr 2017 and Oct 2017-Mar 2018) together exceeded 240 days, one of the longest cumulative regional shutdowns documented.
