.مصر is the Arabic script country code TLD for Egypt. It is operated by the National Telecommunication Regulatory Authority (NTRA) in Egypt. This domain was created to allow Egyptians to register web addresses written entirely in Arabic characters. Any individual or organization can apply for a domain under .مصر, but registrants must have a local presence in Egypt. The TLD was delegated in May 2010, making it one of the first Arabic ccTLDs to enter the global root zone.

IANA published a delegation report in April 2010 explaining the process for allocating .مصر to the NTRA. The domain was registered in the root zone on May 5, 2010.
