.weather is a generic top-level domain (gTLD) operated by The Weather Company, LLC, a subsidiary of International Business Machines (IBM). The domain is intended for use by The Weather Company and its affiliates to provide weather related content and services. Registration is restricted to the sponsor and its authorized entities. The domain was delegated in January 2016 to The Weather Channel, LLC, then transferred to IBM in July 2017. The registry services are managed through CSC Global and GoDaddy.
