Top-tier WordPress support, renewal prices sting
I host about a dozen client WordPress sites on SiteGround's GrowBig plan. Their custom Site Tools panel is actually better than cPanel for WordPress management — staging, Git, caching are all built in.
Support is the real star. Live chat connects in under 2 minutes and the agents genuinely know WordPress. They've helped me debug plugin conflicts that weren't even their problem.
The catch: introductory pricing is great but renewal rates are 3-4x higher. Make sure your clients know what they're signing up for after year one. Performance is solid though — their SG Optimizer plugin and Ultrafast PHP make a noticeable difference.
